Charmian joined 17Capital in 2025. Charmian joined from SL Green Realty Corp. where she worked as an Administrative Assistant.

Christopher joined 17Capital in 2023.

Christopher joined 17Capital in 2018. Having previously worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Christopher studied at the University of Durham.

Christopher joined 17Capital in 2019 from Sanne Group and was previously at LGT group. Chris studied at Dublin City University.

Claire Hedley joined 17Capital in 2022 and is responsible for all aspects of ESG strategy and implementation. Prior to joining 17Capital in 2022, Claire spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) in their Alternative Investments & Manager Selection (AIMS) Group in both London and New York. Prior to leaving GS, Claire led the ESG & Impact Client Strategy Group in London, where she was responsible for driving GSAM’s client facing and commercial ESG efforts in EMEA.

Claire has a BA (Hons) in English from the University of Leeds (UK). Claire is a member of the Board of Trustees for the CCMI UK, a charity focused on ocean conservation, research, and education.

Claire joined 17Capital in 2025. Claire previously worked at Societe Generale and Deutsche Bank in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking team. Claire has a Double Degree Master in Management and MSc in Strategy, Consulting, and Digital Transformation, with a Minor in Finance, from EDHEC Business School.

Colleen joined 17Capital in 2024 from William Blair and was previously at Lazard in secondaries advisory. Colleen holds a BBA from Baruch Zicklin School of Business and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Dane is Partner at 17Capital and heads up the New York office. Dane is a member of the Investment committee and has over 21 years of industry experience advising on and structuring strategic finance solutions for alternative asset managers. He joined 17Capital from RBC Capital Markets, where he served as a Managing Director within the Financial Institutions Group. Prior to that, Dane served as a Managing Director in the FIG group at Citigroup. He earned his MBA from the Pennsylvania State University.

Daniel joined 17Capital in 2023 as and has over 21 years’ of experience with a strong background in consultant relations, client services, relationship management, product specialism and investor relations.

David joined 17Capital in 2023 as a Fund Accountant. David has over 20 years’ work experience and has been an accountant for the last 8 years. He joined us from Sovereign Capital Partners where he has been a Fund Accountant for the last 3 years.

David joined17Capital in 2019 and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. David focuses on investments, client solutions and capital markets activities.

David joined 17Capital from J.P. Morgan where he spent 12 years in the structured financing business, having previously held positions at Lehman Brothers and Ernst & Young, where he started his career as a chartered accountant.

David studied mechanical engineering at Leeds University and has a master’s in finance at the London Business School.

Dorian joined 17Capital in 2023 after graduating from London Business School with a Masters in Finance. Prior to that he worked at PIMCO.

Dorian also holds a BSc in Business Administration from the Mannheim University (Germany) and is a CFA charter holder.

Edward joined 17Capital in 2022 as an Intern after graduating from the University of Exeter with a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. He had since joined the firm full time within the Investor Relations team.

Elena joined 17Capital in 2024 and has over 20 years’ experience in Front of House and Facilities roles. Elena was previously at Pemberton Asset Management where she worked as a Guest Services Manager. Elena has a Higher National Diploma in Business Management and Hospitality.

Eline joined 17Capital in 2024 from Nomura where she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the EMEA Consumer and Retail team. Eline has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business Economics from KU Leuven University in Belgium and a master’s in Finance, majoring in Investment Banking, from ESCP Business School.

Emad is Partner and serves as General Counsel at 17Capital. Emad is on the Investment Committee and leads the legal execution of investments across the firm. Emad is also the partner responsible for infrastructure across 17Capital, covering legal, compliance, finance, ESG, technology and HR.

Fokke is Partner at 17Capital. Fokke is a member of 17Capital’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee. He has sourced, structured, and executed numerous management company financings and NAV loans. Fokke has nearly 20 years’ experience in the private equity industry having joined 17Capital in 2012. Prior to 17Capital he was at Lehman Brothers’ European Mezzanine business. Fokke holds a master’s in international management from ESCP Europe.
