17Capital, the London-headquartered private equity firm, is pleased to announce the successful liquidation of its first fund in July 2016. 17Capital Fund (2010 – €88m) was fully realised just six years after closing, delivering returns in line with expectations.

During its 3-year investment period, the fund made nine investments in highly-attractive European and North American funds with zero losses.

Managing Partner Pierre-Antoine de Selancy said:

“We are delighted with the rapid pace of liquidity and attractive returns generated by the realisation of our first fund. This is real proof of our distinctive investment strategy and risk-return profile for our investors.”

17Capital’s subsequent fund, 17Capital Fund 2 (2012 – €208m) is now fully invested. The current fund, 17Capital Fund 3 (2014 – €500m), is well ahead of its initially expected investment pace and has completed nine transactions to-date across Europe and North America.
